This privacy policy applies to the org.plantainreader mobile application (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Dmitry Gureev (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application is designed to prioritize user privacy.

• Personal Data: The Application does not obtain, collect, or transmit any personally identifiable information when you download or use it.
• Registration: Registration or account creation is not required to use the Application.
• Offline Operation: The Application processes all data locally on your device.

2. Permissions and Technical Data

To provide its core functionality, the Application may request specific device permissions:

• NFC (Near Field Communication): This permission is used exclusively to read transport card data locally on the device. The data read via NFC is not stored permanently or transmitted to any external servers.
• Location Information: This Application does not collect precise real-time location information of your mobile device.

3. Third-Party Access

Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties. There are no integrated third-party SDKs (such as analytics, advertising, or crash reporting) that collect or track user behavior.

4. Data Deletion and Opt-Out

• Opt-Out: You can stop all information processing by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the Google Play Store.
• Data Deletion Policy: Since the Application does not collect, store, or upload any user data to a cloud environment, there is no user data to delete from the Service Provider’s servers. For any inquiries regarding data privacy, you may contact the Service Provider at dmi.gureev@gmail.com.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If it is discovered that a child has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from any local logs (if any). You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your data in certain jurisdictions.

6. Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your interaction with the app. Because the Application does not collect or transmit data over the internet, the risk of unauthorized access to your personal information via this Application is non-existent.
